Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales in a fast-paced tanning and wellness environment. You will train, hire, and develop staff, maintain a positive atmosphere for customers, and ensure compliance with safety and store policies.

The role requires a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, managing labor and inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reli able transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
