Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee daily operations and drive sales. The role includes a mandatory 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive environment for both employees and customers.

You will analyze sales, manage expenses, ensure compliance with safety and legal standards, and strive to meet performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Hire, interview, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and help employees meet their goals.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
