Rothy’s in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Store Manager who delivers an exceptional customer experience while leading daily operations. You will guide a high-performing team, recruit and coach staff, and collaborate across stores to drive improvements and brand success.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll ensure onboarding, training, and adherence to SOPs, while managing payroll and inventory to achieve sales targets and maintain top-tier service for every guest.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, ideally in a service-focused environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Good judgment on key work and core issues.
• Ability to think critically and exhibit problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in coaching, talent development, and building engaged, high-performing teams.
• Operational expertise, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team with proactive recruitment, onboarding and coaching.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clienteling and product knowledge, driving brand loyalty.
• Plan and execute weekly/monthly/annual business strategies to hit sales and profit goals.
• Manage payroll, staffing, scheduling, and store expenses to meet business goals.
• Oversee inventory processes and partner with Visual Merchandising to uphold brand standards.
