• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans and budgets.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and coaches broader store team to achieve high performance.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and promotes company programs.
• Demonstrates leadership in training initiatives and staff development.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing plans and payroll/scheduling to meet goals.
• Hires and builds strong teams, making hiring and termination decisions for hourly staff.
• Ensures policy compliance, safety, loss prevention, and a welcoming environment for all.
