Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
1-3 years experience in retail management or customer-focused roles.
1-3 years experience in retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
Directly manage a team of Captains and influence broader store staff through coaching.
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, execute company programs, and model exceptional service.
Lead training initiatives, develop leadership plans, and ensure staff readiness to deliver elevated athlete experiences.
Oversee staffing plans, payroll, and scheduling to align with budget and traffic trends.
Lead hiring decisions for supervisory roles and coach on interviewing and team-building.
