Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer‑focused experience).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute full-year growth plans and forecasts.
• Manages Captain (Supervisor) team and coaches the broader store team for performance and development.
• Upholds merchandising standards and drives store programs, customer loyalty activities and product presentation.
• Leads training initiatives and develops plans with teammates to improve performance.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing plans and oversees payroll and scheduling to meet budget and traffic needs.
