Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
• Manages Captains and develops store team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintains merchandising standards and leads company programs and athlete experiences.
• Leads training initiatives and builds development plans with teammates.
• Manages staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget and traffic needs.
• Spearheads targeted hiring and makes hiring/termination decisions for hourly staff.
• Ensures safety, policy compliance, and respectful store environment.
