• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and oversee staffing and scheduling.
• Directly manage a team of Captains and coach the broader store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Uphold merchandising standards, implement programs, and model outstanding athlete experiences.
• Lead training initiatives and develop leaders through coaching and stretch assignments.
• Hire and build strong teams, oversee hiring decisions for Supervisors and hourly staff.
• Ensure safety, policy adherence, and a welcoming store environment for teammates and athletes.
