Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts
• Manages Captain (Supervisor) team and develops leadership through coaching and performance reviews
• Upholds merchandising standards and ensures compliant execution of floor sets, signage, pricing and inventory presentation
• Leads training initiatives, ensures teammates are trained to deliver elevated athlete experiences
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing plans, payroll, and scheduling aligned to budget and traffic trends
• Hires and builds strong teams, partners with leadership to source and interview teammates; makes hiring decisions for supervisory roles
