Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
• Directly manages Captains and coaches store team for high performance.
• Upholds merchandising standards, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Leads training initiatives, cross‑training, and development plans for teammates.
• Oversees staffing plans, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget and traffic needs.
• Hires and makes hiring decisions for Captain/Supervisor roles and guides interviewing.
