Zusammenfassung

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, enhance customer service, and develop the team.

You will assist with merchandising, housekeeping, opening/closing, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while supporting the Store Manager. Previous retail management experience is preferred; ability to lift up to 55 lbs; part-time schedule may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to train and develop store associates.
• Experience in store management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain fixtures, displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect company assets, including store cash, and follow safety policies.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
