Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, organize merchandise, help train and supervise associates, and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities are expected.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.

• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
