Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

This role emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized store and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective leadership and daily tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise flow, opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling, and enforcing company policies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide excellent customer service.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, process damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash, and adhere to safety policies.
• Help store manager supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Ensure a safe, positive environment with professional interactions.
