Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise from truck to floor, and participate in opening/closing procedures.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Prior retail management experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and loss prevention. Perks and growth opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• Ability to read and explain operational directives.
