• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing returns or damaged items
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom
• Protect and secure store assets including cash and inventory
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates
• Ensure a safe, positive environment for customers and team members
