Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional displays and ensure store standards.
• Assist with ordering, damaged merchandise, record-keeping, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
