Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach and develop store team; participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and development.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager on merchandising, promotions, and product placement.
• Reduce loss through exceptional service and operational controls.
