Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong customer-service orientation with safety focus.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on the shop floor, set the pace, and coach staff.
• Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, and related parts.
• Delight customers with a safe and easy experience.
• Provide hands-on training and development.
