L’AGENCE in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to maximize sales and maintain exceptional customer service. This role requires leading a retail team, driving clienteling, and ensuring brand standards across visuals and merchandising.

You will analyze reports, develop staff, and coordinate with buying and planning for stock and promotions. The position demands 3–5 years of store leadership and strong Excel and ERP familiarity to uphold profitability.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience in developing and maintaining store visuals.
• Leadership, training & development of retail staff.
• Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills.
