Qualifications

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in retail.
• Experience in women’s apparel retail, ideally within Contemporary or Luxury segments.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand and promote the culture of L'AGENCE.
• Drive financial success through understanding Retail KPIs and action plans for improvement.
• Plan for floor coverage, targets, visual merchandising, client service, and operations for front and back of house.
• Collaborate with stores, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandising, and regional management to grow the business.
• Create and execute business plans to accelerate growth and remedy opportunities.
• Maintain a store atmosphere that upholds the brand's sophisticated image.
• Foster a positive work environment across the store network.
