You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding service across a wide range of merchandise, including jewelry and electronics. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to support business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
