FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and drive store performance.

You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and deliver exceptional customer service across a wide range of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. You will gain hands-on leadership experience while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories
