Foot Locker is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to help lead a vibrant team. You will drive sales results while ensuring the store remains customer-ready.

Your role involves coaching team members, managing store operations, and enhancing the customer experience under the guidance of the Store Manager. The ideal candidate should possess retail leadership experience and be passionate about sneaker culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and confidence.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited.
• Manage daily store operations including cash handling.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, providing confident leadership.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
