Foot Locker, a leading athletic retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly. This hands-on leadership role centers on delivering great customer experiences day in and day out.

ASMs lead on the floor with energy and ownership, embodying the 'Always on, Never no' mindset, coach staff, and ensure product knowledge is shared to excite customers.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
