Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales floor with energy and ownership, partnering with the Store Manager to drive results and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We value hands-on leadership, team coaching, and a commitment to store standards. The role requires flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an “Always on, Never no” mindset; bringing energy, confidence, and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
