Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to lead the sales floor with energy, ownership, and purpose. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping operations running smoothly.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll engage customers, manage daily store activities, and uphold safety and standards while delivering an exceptional sneaker and lifestyle experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an “Always on, Never no” mindset; bring energy, confidence, and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
