Job summary

Deckers Brands, anchoring UGG retail operations, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Georgia. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and embody the brand’s values in daily store activities.

You’ll oversee training, scheduling, merchandising, and day-to-day operations to drive revenue and protect assets. Primary responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and stepping in as acting Store

Qualifications

• Two to four years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and uphold Deckers Brands values.
• Assist in store operations, scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and administration.
• Open/close the store and act as Store Manager in their absence.
