Deckers Brands, including the UGG brand, seeks an Assistant Store Manager who partners with the Store Manager to coach a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive performance, uphold brand standards, and manage day-to-day store operations across training, merchandising, and service.

Qualificações

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associate’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve store goals.
• Align store activities with company values, vision, and mission to satisfy customers.
• Assist in selecting and training team members who reflect the brand and product focus.
• Open and close the store, manage labor schedules, and ensure store security.
• Oversee operations including sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and administration; respond to customer needs.
