UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to build a strong team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help drive store performance, train staff, and ensure brand standards while handling daily operations and scheduling.

The role involves managing inventory, visual merchandising, and store administration, while staying responsive to customer needs and market trends.

Competenze

2–4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

Partner closely with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve revenue goals.
Aid in opening/closing the store, security, labor scheduling, and store administration.
Maintain high training standards and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Address customer needs and stay aware of industry trends relevant to the market.
