Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG division seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Commerce, CA to partner with the Store Manager in guiding a team and delivering best-in-class customer service. You’ll help with training, operations, visual merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and daily store administration while ensuring security and a positive brand experience.

You’ll work to meet revenue goals and foster a high-performing team, adapting to busy retail conditions and evolving market trends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading store team and executing store strategies.
• Oversee training, operations, sales, visual merchandising and inventory.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan labor schedules.
• Respond to customer needs and ensure high service standards.
