The role includes training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store administration, with opening/closing duties and scheduling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Associate degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands vision.
• Strong project management, organizational, and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel and to work varying hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Lead training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and store administration.
• Open and close the store, manage labor scheduling, and maintain security systems.
• Act as Store Manager in the Manager's absence.
