Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New Jersey. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide outstanding customer service, and model the brand's values and mission in every interaction.

You will help open and close the store, plan schedules, manage inventory, train staff, and drive revenue while staying on top of industry trends and ensuring excellent product knowledge for customers.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve revenue goals.
• Open and close the store, schedule labor, and maintain store security.
• Ensure high customer service and brand/product knowledge training.
• Assist in training, operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store administration.
• Stay aware of industry trends and adapt store strategies to drive traffic and profitability.
