O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team in delivering outstanding service and will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence, including peak hours.

This position requires team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with management; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales specialist training and management certifications are required.
• RSS certification and related credentials preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the retail showroom customer service programs.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and team development.
• Ensure proper cash handling, deliveries, and returns processing.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure premises.
