Qualifications

• Must-have certifications listed in the job posting: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and support programs.
• Assist in staffing the retail sales counter during peak hours and weekends.
• Assist in hiring tasks: recruiting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Oversee returns, exchanges and refunds, ensuring proper processing and documentation.
