HOKA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate our brand's values, vision, and mission. You will effectively navigate a complex business to satisfy customers and grow team capability while managing competing priorities.

You will assist in opening/closing, labor scheduling, inventory control, and operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and local community needs.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and motivate the team.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and brand knowledge training.
• Open and close the store, plan labor, and maintain store security.
• Drive revenue by executing store strategies and optimizing profitability.
• Coordinate with corporate stakeholders to meet market needs.
