Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in developing and engaging team members to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee daily store operations including sales, training, visual merchandising, inventory management and store administration.
• Open and close the store; plan and prepare labor schedules; maintain security systems.
• Address customer needs while maintaining high standards for service and brand knowledge.
