Deckers Brands, including UGG Retail stores, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rosemont, IL. You will partner with the Store Manager to build and develop a high-performing team and to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll help drive sales, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention while maintaining store presentation and customer

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and brand knowledge.
