Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our San Francisco store. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate our values and goals across the store.

You will help drive revenue, manage training, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while staying aligned with brand standards and market trends. This role requires leadership under pressure and a passion for the brand.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and motivate team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand and product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning labor schedules and store operations.
• Open and close the store and safeguard assets.
