Job summary

UGG seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires developing team members, managing daily operations, and ensuring alignment with Deckers Brands values across the Chicago store. A strong focus on training, scheduling, and merchandise presentation is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve revenue goals.
• Aid in day-to-day operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan and prepare the labor schedule, and manage store security.
• Ensure the business aligns with the company’s interests and local community, and respond to customer and team needs.
• Cultivate awareness of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
