Job summary

UGG is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Chicago to partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold our brand values in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and store administration, open/close duties, labor planning, and responding to customer and team needs while staying aligned with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop team and meet revenue goals.
• Train, manage operations, sales, and customer service.
• Open/close store, secure assets, plan labor schedule.
