Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensure brand standards and exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising and omni-channel processes.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention practices in the store.
