The role requires 3+ years in retail, prior management preferred, strong leadership and scheduling ability. Cosmetology license desired but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize KPIs while ensuring brand standards.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit, coach, and maintain positive associate relations.
• 30% Operations: execute company processes, support digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store operations: manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe environment, monitor shrink and assets, ensure hazmat compliance.
