Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve KPIs.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandising, POS/POGs, and store operations are consistently executed.
• Support Store Manager with planning, training, scheduling and budgeting to meet financial targets.
• Oversee inventory, payroll hours and store opening/closing procedures with accuracy.
• Maintain safety and loss-prevention practices and enforce company policies.
