You will support the Store Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-day operations across merchandising, omni-channel initiatives, and payroll management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Oversee store operations and ensure brand standards across merchandising and Omni-channel.
• Develop strategies to meet KPIs and financial targets through analysis and planning.
• Lead scheduling, payroll hours and inventory management.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention through compliant procedures.
