Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fort Worth, TX to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help grow the business through leadership, coaching, and hands-on store operations.

The role emphasizes staffing, coaching, and maintaining brand standards, with opportunities to influence daily performance and customer satisfaction at a premium brand store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and develop associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Flexibility to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for all associates.
• Lead store operations as assigned by the Store Manager, including being on duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive action plans and execute operations.
• Drive floorset direction to showcase products and storytelling.
