Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in coaching, guiding, and driving store performance across leadership tasks and operations.

As a store leader, you will coach teams, manage payroll targets, and ensure consistent selling standards while maintaining the brand’s values and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience results.
• Experience in a manager role in retail preferred.
• Customer-first selling culture and strong communication.
• Available to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to coach associates in the moment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Provide leadership as Store Manager or Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and operational execution.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase products and brand story.
• Manage opening/closing routines including deposits, shipments, and directives.
