Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lewisville, TX to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead sales, operations, and people initiatives to drive growth and brand excellence.

You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent, set clear performance expectations, support floor leadership, and ensure safe, engaging store environments that reflect our values and customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first selling culture with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Availability for peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead store leadership tasks and act as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement floorset direction and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Provide direction for the day/shift and give feedback to managers.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates.
