Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and implementing directives.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for associates.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Build genuine connections with customers—uncover needs, share product info, demonstrate products, and recommend accordingly.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
