Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Fort Worth, TX is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving growth across the store.

You will lead operations, coaching, scheduling, payroll, and ensure product knowledge and brand standards are upheld to meet performance targets and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals.
