Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns in coordination with the store manager.
• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates performance expectations.
• Assists in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours for interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and maintains shift schedules.
